The commission also recorded receipt of a Department of Environmental Services administratively complete Minimum Impact Wetlands Permit application for 8 Sawmill Road (Map 11G, Lot 307) and noted an Intent to Cut filed by Edward Vaillancourt for Colby Hill Road (Map 3, Lot 22). The commission received the town monthly expense report but took no action on that report at the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. after a motion to adjourn by James McDonough, seconded by Roger Shamel; the motion passed 7-0.
