Caney council approves audit sign-off, CDBG steps, GAAP waivers, KMIT notice and routine financial items

Council authorized the city to provide a notice under K.S.A. 12-2626 to pursue joining the Kansas Municipal Insurance Trust (KMIT); Mayor Elliott later noted KMIT would place the city in a larger insurance pool.
