Councilmember Cheryl Lister moved to approve a zoning permit for 202 Clay to erect a gazebo and shed; Kaitlyn Ball seconded and the motion carried. Lister then moved to extend a building permit for Melvin Hicks at 113 N 4th; Ronald Moeller seconded. During discussion the council requested the site be fenced off or that holes be covered as part of the extension; the motion carried. Finally, Councilmember Kaitlyn Ball moved to approve Drippe building permits for Lot 15 and Lot 9, Block E of the Tucker subdivision to construct single-family homes; Ronald Moeller seconded and the motion carried.
