Nick Lorenz of Jones & Beach Engineers (speaker 15) said the project proposes a 6,000‑square‑foot addition and increased gravel storage; stormwater would be addressed using a bio‑retention pond and roof drip edge. The applicant requested a waiver from providing detailed building elevations at this stage; the board said photographs or a standard building elevation illustration would suffice for the next submittal.
Board members asked the applicant to measure tree diameters and confirm the proposed gravel access road would meet a 10‑foot offset from the property line, and to obtain a written sign‑off from the Brentwood Fire Department on fire‑suppression/extension requirements. The board voted to continue the hearing to August 6 to allow the applicant to supply the requested documentation.
