Loma Linda trustees seek vendors for sewer lids and security, assign park and tree repairs

The board also acknowledged Wyandotte's departure from local security services and directed staff to identify a replacement security vendor. Trustees discussed that several homeowners have removed solid-surface driveways; the minutes do not record further action on enforcement or remediation for those properties.
A resident raised the need to repair a wooden fort at the town park; the minutes state Matt Barker will handle the repair. Matt Barker was also assigned to coordinate removal of a large dead tree along the east side of Butterfield. The minutes do not specify timelines, budgets or contracts for the work; trustees recorded these items as operational tasks for follow-up.
