Town Clerk RaChelle Garman read the financial statements before a motion to approve the report was made by Trustee Aaron Hamilton and seconded by Trustee Barbara Hutchison; the minutes record the motion as approved.
The board authorized payment of routine July 2026 monthly bills totaling $19,536.90 across three accounts: $19,234.86 from the General Account, $277.90 from the Utility Account and $24.14 from the Park Account. Trustee Aaron Hamilton moved to pay the bills, seconded by Trustee Tyler Ehrhart. The minutes state the motion was unanimously approved but separately record that Chair James Childers abstained from the vote.
