Clark also reported that Cristaldo’s Wahpeton (Red House) loan is due May 9, 2026; Perry Miller moved to extend that note by six months, Jon Braton seconded, and the motion carried.
Cristaldo additionally submitted an application to finance twin homes in the Edgewood Park Subdivision (Wahpeton). The board expressed enthusiasm for the project but decided not to begin a new financing commitment until the Red House project is finished; no action was taken on the Edgewood Park application.
