The Richland Wilkin Joint Powers Authority approved two separate six‑month extensions for loans tied to Cristaldo projects and deferred consideration of a new financing request.
Amy Clark told the board that Cristaldo’s Rothsay loan is due April 22, 2026; Eric Klindt moved to extend the note by six months, Jon Braton seconded, and the motion carried. Clark also reported that Cristaldo’s Wahpeton (Red House) loan is due May 9, 2026; Perry Miller moved to extend that note by six months, Jon Braton seconded, and the motion carried.
Cristaldo additionally submitted an application to finance twin homes in the Edgewood Park Subdivision (Wahpeton). The board expressed enthusiasm for the project but decided not to begin a new financing commitment until the Red House project is finished; no action was taken on the Edgewood Park application.
