RWJPA extends Miller Realty listings and approves new listing agreement for Breckenridge houses

The Richland Wilkin Joint Powers Authority moved Feb. 10 to extend existing Miller Realty listings for three Breckenridge properties and separately approved a new listing agreement for two other homes with local agent Andrew Yaggie.
Jon Braton made a motion to extend Miller Realty’s listings for 108, 115 and 205 16th Street in Breckenridge for 90 days; Klindt seconded and the motion carried by unanimous roll call. Later in the meeting, Andrew Yaggie introduced himself and described his company’s proposal to list 102 and 105 16th Street on the following terms: a 6% commission to be shared with a buyer’s agent, a $5,000 retainer to be credited against commission on the first house sold, and a contract term running through calendar year 2026. Klindt moved to approve the proposal; Braton seconded and the motion carried.
The board’s actions keep multiple Breckenridge JPA houses actively marketed while adding a new agent and terms intended to incentivize sales through a retainer credit and a standard commission structure.
