Middletown announces Comprehensive Plan open house, Freedom 250 event; police updates

Chief Gary Benedict Jr. reported that Officer Seabaugh is doing well and is expected to return soon. Chief Benedict also noted that Sgt. Monse received a Certificate in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and is expected to graduate in May with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
