The Historic Compliance and Technical Advisory Board re-elected Juanita Zapova as chair and Jason Vasquez as vice chair at the January 2026 meeting. The board conducted the elections by motion, voice votes for the chair and vice chair nominations, and proceeded to approve meeting minutes from Dec. 19, 2025 by roll call.
Chairwoman Zapova opened by reminding attendees of the board’s advisory role and public-comment procedures. A motion to accept the minutes as written was made and carried by roll call. The board noted Commissioner Davis Garcia Burgard attended virtually.
