The council approved the consent agenda — including approval of the minutes from April 22, 2025, a Special Class C retail alcohol license for Slush Up & Drink, LLC dba Lucky Wife Wine Slushies Inc. for May 14, 2025, and payment of claims totaling $70,822.95. Roll-call votes on consent and later motions show full council participation.
Several individual items approved during the meeting: - Urban boundary: Council approved an urban boundary request for Brian Tatman at 2361 Rolf Avenue (motion by Bob Murley, second by Teresa Bruening).
