Council approves Planning Commission recommendations for WY Leadership and 7215 Dell Ave use permits

The Clifton Town Council approved Planning Commission recommendations at its May 6 meeting to grant two use-permit actions.
Council approved the Planning Commission’s recommendation to issue a Use Permit to WY Leadership, LLC for an office use at 12644 Chapel Road (suites identified in the Planning Commission report) with an allocation of two parking spaces and specified hours. The council also approved a recommendation to issue a Final Use Permit for 7215 Dell Avenue contingent on the applicant providing documentation that a conservation easement has been recorded; the council’s minutes note the Planning Commission had been satisfied that required engineering and permit conditions were met.
Both motions passed by roll-call vote with Hollaway, Poe, Effros, Milne, Hinderstein and McDonald recorded as Aye. The Planning Commission report included additional detail on parking allocations and the requirement that the Town Council approve expenditures over $500 for certain commissions.
