Engineer Leah Michaels told the commission the applicant proposes three leaching basins to manage runoff and that the drainage plan is sufficient. The commission noted a written letter from a nearby neighbor (former commissioner Connie Salome) expressing no objection.
A commissioner moved to approve the plan as presented, a second was recorded, and the motion passed by voice vote. The commission encouraged preservation of existing trees and compliance with standard permitting and drainage details.
The applicant may proceed to permitting, subject to standard engineering and building inspections.
