The consent items included a Public Improvement Agreement with Trane Oregon for $128,659 to replace HVAC in the Marion County Jail intake area; Amendment #1 to the Professional Therapeutic Community Network, Inc. contract adding $200,000 (new total $350,000) for monitoring, security and supervision services for Psychiatric Security Review Board clients through June 30, 2027; Amendment #1 to Carrolls Group Care Home, Inc. adding $300,000 (new total $525,000) to continue residential services for individuals not eligible for Medicaid or receiving SSI through June 30, 2027; and an amendment adding $300,000 to the contract with Marimea Bodunov (new total $500,000) for adult foster care services for individuals not Medicaid eligible through June 30, 2027.
The board also received notice of a hearings officer decision denying Conditional Use Case #24-028 (Marvin Klopfenstein), approved a purchase order of $399,552.20 with Pape Machinery for a 2025 John Deere 672GP motor grader, and authorized several change-fund adjustments for Marion County Health and Human Services clinic locations and the Marion County Justice Court.
Commissioner Kevin Cameron moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Danielle Bethell seconded. A voice vote was recorded as unanimous.
