UDC recommends City Council approve Trinity Lakes map/text amendments

Staff said the action is largely administrative: it updates regulating plans and character-zone maps after a nearby rezoning that the council approved earlier.
The item was described as a technical text amendment to appendix B of the zoning ordinance to reflect a 5.8-acre parcel rezoned from agricultural to Trinity Lakes neighborhood (ZC 2608). Staff said the change aligns district boundaries and regulating plans and that the city is the applicant for this map change.
Commissioners asked no substantive questions and approved the recommendation to advance the amendment to the zoning commission and City Council by a 7–0 vote.
