No members of the public spoke during the hearing.
Committee member Matt Schafer commended the internal and external leaders who worked on the plan, calling it a "really high quality document" and saying it could serve as a marketing tool for the community. After brief discussion, a commissioner moved to forward the plan to council; the motion was seconded and passed on roll call.
