During the meeting's closed session under Minn. Stat. §13D.05, council members and staff discussed nonpublic police data relating to a trespassing/harassment matter involving a T-10 employee. Chief Roger Pohlman reported details of that matter in closed session; council members said they wanted to protect residents but also preferred to contact the T-10 owner and address the complaints before moving to license revocation or other enforcement. In earlier public comment, T-10 representative Tony Monillei alleged multiple contractors were unlicensed and claimed he had recordings and photographs; John Costello, a resident, said he had signed a contract with T-10 and had not experienced problems.
