Orleans zoning board approves minutes and continues two property cases

The board approved the minutes of June 3, 2026, after a motion and second. The board then considered a continuation request for the Eppinger case (property at 32 Haywood Lane): the Chair moved to continue that hearing to August 19, the motion was seconded, and the board voted in favor of the continuance.
A representative for the applicants in case 22‑2610 (405 / 8 Kaskio Ganske Road) asked for a 60‑day continuance while the applicants work with their architect; board members discussed scheduling and set the matter for the September meeting (September 16). During the roll call on that continuance, one member, Matt, stated he needed to recuse and was recorded as abstaining.
All procedural motions were approved by roll call; staff will prepare the formal continuance and minutes paperwork for the record.
