Staff reported no owner representative present and said engineering plans had last been received in April; AECOM had not received revised plans. Board members noted essentially three months without movement and discussed options including fines or additional enforcement steps.
A motion was made and carried to advise the applicant that the board’s patience is dwindling and that if progress is not made by the next meeting the board will more seriously consider fines than in the past. The board scheduled follow-up at its next regular meeting on Aug. 20.
The board then closed the show-cause hearings for properties under order to connect to the municipal sewer on July 16, 2026.
Next steps: the applicant is expected to provide updated plans before the Aug. 20 meeting; staff will report progress to the board and, if insufficient, the board may consider fines or a show-cause proceeding.
