For 731 Old Mission Road (approximately 0.41 acres), the commission adopted Ordinance 11‑25 (annexation), Ordinance 12‑25 (comprehensive plan amendment to city low‑density residential) and Ordinance 13‑25 (rezoning to City R‑3 CO single‑family residential with airport height overlay). The plan and zoning board had recommended approval 6–0; no members of the public spoke during the hearing and the commission adopted all three measures unanimously.
