The Groveland Zoning Board of Appeals approved the minutes of its May 20, 2026 meeting and handled several administrative matters at its July 15 session.
A committee member moved to approve the minutes from 05/20/2026 and the board voted to approve them. Members discussed recent guidance from an open-meeting-law consortium and whether boards must adopt new procedures for recording or disclosing recordings made by attendees. Chair announced that two board members, John Stokes and Brad Legals, have stepped down and thanked them for their service. He invited interested residents to contact the town planner or town administrator to apply for the open slots. The chair moved to adjourn at 8:03 p.m.; a committee member seconded and the board voted to adjourn. The board set its next meeting for Wednesday, Aug. 5.
