The Cherry Hill Zoning Board of Adjustment on June 25 ratified Resolution 25-Z-0050 concerning Arthur Grass of 100 Fries Lane, which memorializes a bulk-variance approval for an as-built six-foot aluminum fence located less than 25 feet from a secondary front yard.
Board member Mishael Azam moved to memorialize the resolution and Jay Jones seconded. The motion carried with affirmative votes by Jones, Bruno, Azam and Williams; the resolution was memorialized and recorded in the meeting minutes.
The resolution was considered a ministerial ratification of the previously-adopted action and was memorialized without additional conditions on the record.
