River Ridge CDD authorizes remote participation and approves prior minutes
Summary
The board authorized Chair Bob Schultz’s remote participation for the July 23 meeting and approved amended minutes from May 28, 2024; staff confirmed next meeting date for Aug. 27, 2024 to adopt the FY2025 budget.
At roll call the board confirmed a quorum. On motion by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the board authorized Chair Bob Schultz to attend and fully participate via telephone/Zoom due to exceptional circumstances; the motion passed with all in favor.
Mrs. Adams presented the June 25, 2024 meeting minutes and identified needed corrections to staff names and a minor textual change. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Gilman, with all in favor, the May 28, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes, as amended, were approved.
Mrs. Adams also confirmed the next meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. for adoption of the FY2025 budget and obtained quorum confirmations for that meeting.
