The River Ridge Community Development District board on Nov. 19 administered Oaths of Office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5) and then adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect board officers for the coming term. Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, conducted the oath administration.
Following the oath ceremony, the board recorded officer nominations and adopted the resolution by unanimous vote after Mr. Mountford nominated Bob Schultz for chair. The resolution left prior administrative appointments (including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer) unchanged.
The board was reminded of statutory and local requirements for public officers: the need to complete four hours of required ethics training and file Form 1 disclosures and a Form 8B memorandum of voting conflict where applicable. Staff said the ethics training requirement will be added to the Key Activity Dates list.
