The board returned to open session at 9:08 p.m.
Immediately afterward the board again entered closed session at 9:08 p.m. under Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public property. The board returned to open session and adjourned at 9:18 p.m. The minutes record the topics and roll calls for closed session entry and exit but do not report any formal public action taken while in closed session.
