The Village of Denton Board of Trustees reinstated Terry Orme as a part‑time maintenance relief employee on Jan. 5 after the State approved his access to village water facilities under specified conditions.
Ross Blackledge told trustees the State conditionally authorized Orme to enter the water treatment building, water tower and well house provided he makes no changes to the facilities and is the only person permitted to enter them at that time. Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved to reinstate Orme, Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded, and the motion carried.
The reinstatement takes effect immediately. The board did not record additional conditions or a return‑to‑work plan in the minutes beyond the State’s authorization as described by Blackledge.
