Council Member Kristi Townsend moved to approve the purchase orders and Council Member Skip Taylor seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Clerk Tresa Taylor reported Rocky Mountain Power estimated a roughly $2,500 connection fee for an underground service to power the park pavilion. The council agreed to proceed with the project and to prioritize advertising layouts for community celebration planning; the Miss Hinckley float will be ready for the Fourth of July parade and street banner holders have arrived.
Mayor Alan Miller noted an electrical bid of $1,200 for labor and $600 for parts to replace lights in the three‑bay maintenance shop. No training items were reported and the meeting adjourned at 8:09 PM.
