Council Member Ron Black moved to adopt the resolution and Council Member Skip Taylor seconded. The council took a roll-call vote: Mayor Alan Miller, aye; Ron Black, aye; Skip Taylor, aye; Chris Mork, aye; Kristi Townsend, aye. The motion carried unanimously.
The resolution replaces the prior practice of fees determined by the building inspector with a predictable, tiered approach. Officials said implementation will follow the code changes and administrative steps necessary to publish the updated fee schedule.
