• Multiple procurement and professional-services authorizations: equipment and supplies purchases; master services and professional-services agreements (UAvionics Corporation, Tyler Technologies, Ward Scott Morris Architecture, Druid City Engineering, TTL); right-of-way permits and several minor public-works contracts and tentative awards to firms for public-works projects.
• ABC approvals and event licenses: permit for consumable hemp products at Twin Store Package Store (applicant Amber Salman); retail beer and table wine license for Spark by Hilton University (applicant Dabal Patel); nonprofit special-event license for Theater Tuscaloosa Inc. for Big Fish weekend (applicant Michael Walker).
• Budget Amendment No. 15 to the FY2026 general fund and a string of contract amendments and appointments to local boards.
Most items were presented by staff, had either no public opposition or had required reports from Tuscaloosa Police Department indicating no objection, and were adopted following motions and seconding. The council logged roll-call votes for each item; where the transcript records the vote as unanimous, the items were adopted without further debate.
