Several commissioners and staff said the accessory building is not listed in the district inventory and has been heavily altered over time; the commission agreed it is non‑contributing and approved demolition. The commission then considered redevelopment elements, discussed roofing material (asphalt shingles now with the option to amend to standing‑seam metal later), and conditioned approval on confirmation that the revised site plan complies with zoning and on submission of lighting, door design, and landscaping plans to the administrator prior to installation.
