Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen reported to the Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors on Dec. 3 that several finance and administrative tasks are underway.
Paumen said she continues to send items to the CPA for the township audit and expects the CPA to finish within the next couple of weeks. She also reported making corrections to 11 parcels and that fire assessments have been submitted to the county.
Paumen told the board that, because the township paid more than $50,000 over the last four quarters, federal tax deposits now must be made on a semi-monthly schedule. She did not provide dollar amounts in the minutes.
The board scheduled follow-up budget and insurance discussions for a future meeting; the minutes do not list specific dates or amounts.
