Several members endorsed producing periodic reports or infographics to present to Richmond residents.

S2 reported the committee is operating at the minimum quorum of three members and noted that alternate Nick Blanchett has not attended in memory; members discussed outreach to encourage broader participation. S1 announced their resignation from the committee and said they would continue attending meetings and contributing as a private citizen, and agreed to notify town staff (Josh).
The committee agreed to follow up at its Aug. 12 noon meeting on the chip project update and the housing trust fund plan and to continue work on data collection and recruitment in the interim.
