Kronyak, Edward Leonard, Robert Pettet, Donald Pasquariello).
The council’s executive session notice cited "Potential Litigation" and "Contract Negotiation" as the subject matter; Foirello and administrators did not provide further details in the public session. The mayor later announced the resolution would be taken off the consent agenda and tabled. No formal settlement or agreement language was disclosed in open session at the meeting.
Council members and the borough attorney said the governing body will release details to the public when the reasons for a closed session no longer exist or when a final decision is reached in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
