At the end of the Aug. 13 work session Supervisor Paul Feiner moved to convene an executive session to interview candidates on personnel matters and to obtain legal advice on several issues, including the Greenburgh Nature Center contract. A board member seconded the motion and the board approved it by voice vote.
A member noted the board would not return to public session that evening and reconvened the public meeting the following day at 7:30 p.m. The motion listed personnel interviews and legal advice as the reasons for the executive session; no further public details were discussed before the board adjourned into closed session.
