Committee introduces land-exchange and $1.8 million community center ordinances, schedules public hearings

Committee members moved and seconded introduction of Ordinance 17; roll-call votes were recorded and the public hearing was likewise scheduled for Aug. 12, 2026.
Neither ordinance was adopted at this meeting; both were introduced and set for public hearings where the committee and members of the public will have an opportunity to comment before any final action.
