Little Rock says Bezos Earth Fund awarded $30 million for 30 Crossing design

City staff reported to the Little Rock Board of Directors that the Bezos Earth Fund has provided a $30,000,000 grant to support the 30 Crossing project. Leland told the board that Sasaki, selected through a bid process, helped develop the master plan and that the city will now move into schematic design, design development and construction documents, with additional consultants to be engaged for later phases.
Leland thanked the Bezos Earth Fund for the donation and said the grant will be used for advancing design work so the project can be put out to bid in later phases.
