The Long Beach Planning Commission discussed proposed revisions to Ordinance 154.202, which covers definitions for accessory buildings and new houses.
Commissioner Seth McCormick reported that he continues to work on proposed revisions and asked fellow members to send any comments or suggestions to him before the July meeting. McCormick said he will also send a draft to the building commission for their comments and input. No amendment or formal motion to adopt changes was made at this meeting.
The commission did not set a specific date for final consideration; members agreed to continue work and review McCormick’s draft at the July meeting.
