Resolution 14-2026 (Santa Rosa Creek Streambank Stabilization Project and Budget Amendment): Vice President Karen Dean moved and Director Debra Scott seconded a motion to approve an agreement with Cannon Engineering for the Santa Rosa Creek Streambank Stabilization Project, adopt Resolution 14-2026 to amend the FY 2025–26 budget, and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement. Motion Passed Ayes – 4 (Farmer, Dean, Scott & Thomas); Absent – 1 (Gray). The minutes do not specify contract amounts.
Resolution 13-2026 (Water and Wastewater Standby/Availability Charges for FY 2026/2027): Director Michael Thomas moved to adopt Resolution 13-2026 fixing standby or availability charges in accordance with Government Code 61124(b); Vice President Karen Dean seconded. Motion Passed Ayes – 4 (Farmer, Dean, Scott & Thomas); Absent – 1 (Gray).
