Committee discusses analog recorder funding and approves vendor payments

The committee concluded staff should pursue a city-wide or departmental solution for the immediate operational need and only return the recorder to this committee if it needs to be incorporated in the building project later.
Separately, the committee approved two payments: $8,250 to Tekton for work through Feb. 28, 2026, and $3,900 to Giuliano Associates (geotechnical/survey retainer). Both payments were moved, seconded and carried with no recorded opposition or abstentions. The meeting adjourned at 06:02.
