Selectman Pitt moved to accept a $50 donation from Norman Bemis to the Revolutionary War Monument as unanticipated revenue under NH RSA 31:95(b); the motion was seconded by Selectman Nelson and approved unanimously.
The board entered nonpublic session at 11:30 a.m. under RSA 91‑A:3 II(c) (reputational matters) by roll call vote; the public session reconvened at 12:45 p.m. The board voted to seal the nonpublic minutes, recording unanimous roll call votes. Selectman Nelson then moved to adjourn at 12:45 p.m.; the motion was seconded by Selectman Pitt and passed unanimously.
