River Ridge CDD elects officers; three newly elected supervisors sworn in

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Nov. 19, 2024 administered the Oath of Office to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5) and adopted Resolution 2025‑02 to elect board officers.
Cleo Adams, a notary and district official, administered the oaths to the three supervisors. At the meeting, Terry Mountford nominated the slate: Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mr. Mountford, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 (motion recorded as adopted unanimously).
The board also confirmed prior administrative appointments that remain in place: Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary; Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer; and Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer. Members reviewed state ethics‑training requirements and associated disclosure filings; the board agreed to add the required four‑hour annual ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list.
The board set its next meeting for Dec. 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
