The Village Board adopted Ordinance O-03-2022 on Jan. 16, amending North Fond du Lac Municipal Code Chapter 16.09(3)(a) to prohibit parking on Harrison Street to give semi-truck traffic room to access a new development.
Administrator Nick Leonard described the proposed no-parking zone as intended to assist access for semi traffic at the new site. Trustee Chuck Hornung moved approval on second reading; Trustee Ann Price seconded. Roll call recorded Hornung-yes, President Michael Streetar-yes, Price-yes and Will-yes; the motion carried.
The ordinance change was recorded as a second reading and passed by the board members present. The village clerk will incorporate the ordinance amendment into the municipal code and staff will implement signage or markings as required.
