President Christiansen opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. and the board approved the consent agenda on a motion by Evan Myers, seconded by James Vlach; the roll call showed eight ayes, zero nays and one member absent (Troutman).
The board then approved the purchase of a 2025 10‑person van from Woodhouse after a motion by Corey Petersen, seconded by Leah Miller. The motion passed on roll call (Aye: 8; Nay: 0; Absent: 1). The minutes do not specify the purchase price.
The board also approved the sale and disposal of excess tangible personal property on a motion by James Vlach, seconded by Chad Brehmer; the motion carried by the same roll‑call tally (eight ayes, zero nays, one absent).
