Tree board approves minutes, schedules April plantings and adjourns

The board set a schedule for tree pickup and deliveries (Saturday pickup and some Sunday deliveries) and identified Craig Hill Estates and Happy Retreat as planting priorities tied to the Arbor Day celebration on April 26. The Chair said the city building should receive tree deliveries this week and asked members to coordinate offloading with Jim.
A committee member moved to adjourn the meeting; another member seconded and the Chair closed the meeting. The board will reconvene at its next scheduled meeting and has several follow-up tasks related to planting logistics and inventory protocol.
