Dodge County committee unveils road list for $1.18 million LRA grant application

Commissioners Sharon Cobb Flanagan (District 1) and Leigh Ann Greene (District 2) were present, and Clerk Kimberly Smith-Parkerson attested the minutes. Bearden said he would forward the project list to the county engineer for cost estimates before the county proceeds with the application.
The proposed 2026 LRA project list included: Kelly Farm Road (Hwy 165 to Ebenezer Church) for asphalt; Evergreen Church Road (Eastman Milan Road to SC Cadwell Road) for asphalt; Ben Giddens Road (Hwy 23 to Chester Hwy) — work type not specified in the minutes; Pine Crest Drive (Hwy 117 to dead end) for DST; Jessica Lane (Hwy 341 to dead end) for DST; Free Gift (Edna Moore to Isham Springs) for asphalt; Arthur Cooper Road (Hwy 117 to cross street) for DST; Pine Bluff Road for bridge repair; and Nicholson Carr Road (Hwy 257 to county line) for DST.
