Airport manager reports lighting procurement, AWAS phone-line work and studies for ALP

Jeremy Seng, Hallock’s airport manager, briefed the council on several ongoing airport items. He said the city identified another vendor for lights and the ceiling lining panel has been installed. Seng reported the AWAS phoneline is on track to be restored via Frontier and that a TRF quote was requested to repair a door closer.
Seng told the council that a wetland delineation for airport property has been completed and that an archaeology study will be done as part of the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) process. No formal motions or contract awards for the airport work were recorded in the minutes; councilors received the report for their information.
