After clarifying that no physical improvements are proposed at this subdivision stage and that land-development requirements would be addressed when site plans are submitted, the chair moved to approve "resolution 20 26 dash 13" granting subdivision approval for the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority minor subdivision plan. The motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Board members said the waivers were appropriate for a minor subdivision because the land-development phase would trigger the full set of engineering and utility requirements. The board did not record a roll-call vote in the public transcript.
The resolution approval was limited to subdivision plan acceptance; any future land-development work will require additional reviews and permits.
