She also reported a delayed acoustical consultant report and that the town retained a plumber to locate and assess the Town Hall lateral sewer; the cast-iron pipe was found to be in good condition and clear of obstructions. Matthews described federal grant (Save America's Treasures) paperwork as more laborious than state grants and noted the federal grant requires a 1:1 match, photographic documentation of existing conditions and National Park Service approval of construction documents before construction may commence.
