County Manager Conner Bearden presented a proposal from Parrish Construction Group requesting the earmark for design and preconstruction. Commissioner Sharon Cobb Flanagan moved to earmark $1,215,960 and use SPLOST funds; Commissioner Jeffrey Jones seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Brian Watkins then moved to approve Davenport Public Finance as the county's financial advisor; Commissioner Flanagan seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
