The Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors approved a list of disbursements totaling $6,929 and added a Recycling Grant item to the agenda at its Sept. 2 meeting.
Supervisor Andy Christensen moved to add the Recycling Grant to New Business and to approve the disbursement list; Vice Chair Brandon Geyen seconded both motions. Both motions carried by a 3‑0 vote.
Clerk‑Treasurer Alana Paumen reported $78.63 in petty cash was used to purchase food for the election. The board deferred approval of meeting minutes to the next meeting.
The board also heard an audit presentation from Ashley of Schlenner Wenner & Co.; the transcript records that the presentation occurred but does not include detail of the audit’s findings. Chairman Helman said he will attend a county Recycling Township Grant discussion on Sept. 29 to gather information for the township before that item is taken up.
Vice Chair Brandon Geyen moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 p.m.; Supervisor Christensen seconded and the motion carried 3‑0.
